Bass Pale Ale
High-end, European-style pale ale
Bass is a full-flavored ale that is still brewed according to its original recipe. Select malts, aromatic hops and water rich in essential salts and minerals combine to give Bass its slight burnt roast aroma and high-quality, full-bodied flavor.
Ingredients/Brewing: Bass is brewed with two strains of traditional ale yeast to produce a complex, nutty, malty taste with subtle hop undertones and a beautiful chestnut hue. Bass is 5.1 percent alcohol by volume (ABV).
The original English Pale Ale and England’s first trademark, Bass
has been embraced by trail-blazers since 1777. Thebrand has been painted by Manet, fought over by Napoleon and was served on the Titanic.
We've got the cleanest and only all stainless parts Guinness line in San Diego making it one of the best tasting Guinness in all of San Diego, period... And yes, the nitro faucet and sankey are completely stainless as well.
New English Brewer’s Special Brown NITRO
Brewers Special is a robust brown ale full of malt character. The deep, bronze body awaits the discerning drinker below a substantial foamy, light tan head. As it’s name suggests, this is no ordinary Brown Ale. At 6.6% ABV this beer is a testament to the craft of the American Brewer. The noticeable strength is balanced by an impressive malt backbone from imported Maris Otter barley, the complex flavor profile comes from a combination of crystal, victory and roasted malts while the hopping rate for this ale (33 IBU’s) ensures that the malts don’t overpower but retain the upper hand while vying with the persistent alcohol to ensure a consistently pleasurable experience to the bottom of the glass. So beware, this Special Brown ale is deceptively easy drinking for its strength!
